By accessing or using WatchTerminal, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

WatchTerminal provides market intelligence for luxury watches, including price data, indices, forecasts, and portfolio tracking tools. All pricing data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, WatchTerminal does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of pricing data. Market values are estimates based on aggregated transaction data and should not be the sole basis for purchase or sale decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

WatchTerminal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service or its data.
